OFFICE: PAST PRESIDENT
TERM: 1 year (Ex-Office)
DUTIES
- Acts as advisor to the President on all matters concerning the Association. May be called upon to clarify procedures or previous policies of this Association.
- Will be coordinator of the Historian Program, giving aid and information to the Historian to assist in the filing and recording of the previous year's activities.
- Will perform any additional duties as assigned by the President.
- Will serve as the alternate of the President or Treasurer to sign the checks or drafts for this Association.
- All official reports/correspondence of the Past-President will be typewritten and signed with two copies provided to the Secretary for the records.
GOALS:
The Past-President will provide the Executive Board a list of his/her goals for the term no later than the first Executive Board Quarterly Meeting following the Annual Conference.
